We follow up by phone, discuss the purpose, then introduce the request to lending partners, which make the credit decision and set any terms.
What the form collects
The form has five fields and a checkbox: first name, last name, email, phone and business name, plus your response to the consent wording. That is all. It does not ask for an amount, revenue, time in business or the purpose; we cover those on the phone.
There is no field for a Social Security number, bank account numbers or statements, and none of those should travel by ordinary email or text. If a partner later needs documents, it will explain how to send them securely.
What happens once you send it
