Information we collect
What you give us
The request form collects your first and last name, email, phone number and business name, together with your answer to the consent wording. Anything else we learn comes from what you choose to share on a call or in a message.
What is collected automatically
Each page request sends ordinary technical details, including your IP address, browser type, the pages you open and the time, to our hosting and service providers. Cookies beyond the strictly necessary are set only if you agree in the cookie banner.
What partners may tell us
A partner holding your request may update us on where its review stands.
Who operates the request form
The form is embedded from LeadConnector, part of the GoHighLevel platform, which receives and stores what you enter on our behalf, and it uses Cloudflare Turnstile to screen automated spam. Each provider handles data under its own terms.
How we use information
- to handle your request and talk through which funding structure suits it;
- to share the request with lending partners for review;
- to reach you by call, email or text as your consent and the SMS terms;
- to run, secure and improve the site;
- to meet legal obligations.
Who receives information
Lending partners
To act on a request, we pass its details to partners that provide the kind of funding it calls for. A partner that receives them reviews the request under its own process, may get in touch with you itself, and applies its own privacy policy.
Service providers
Vendors that operate the form, the website hosting, and our phone and messaging tools may handle information on our behalf.
Legal reasons
Information may be released when a statute, subpoena or court order compels it, or when needed to protect someone's safety or our legal position.
Change of ownership
If Timberford Lenders is sold, merged or reorganized, information may transfer to the new owner as part of the business.
Cookies and your choices
